"I visited Kirkland's on Centerville Ave in Kissimmee this week, around 4:30P. I have not been to Kirkland's in a while so l went to look at some of the lovely pieces you always have, after looking around for a bit I looked for a representative to ask a question. When he finally appeared, I said hello, I have a question. His response was "Is it going to be quick" I was in awww, so I said nevermind and l left the store. He was sadly Rude. Do better"
"My favorite place to shop! Always new merchandise, never the same. Just walking inside makes you want to stay, it smells so great. Definitely .y place to shop for decorating!"
"Lack of customer service is an understatement in this location. We got a few stuffs including a Fall plant that was at 30% off the lady ring it at regular price when we told the employee, a white, black hair with glasses, kind off big lady, she refund us with an actitud and walk away without saying a word. We don't know her name because she didn't have a name tag, I think was a supervisor or manager. Neither of the employees asked if we needed help, or in anyway acknowledged our presence. I do not see myself returning to this location and choosing the competition."
