"Counter Impressions replaced our kitchen counter and backsplash. We went from a two-level counter down to one flat counter. The work they did on the new counter is outstanding and the contractor they used (Paulo) for the tile backsplash is awesome. Problem: Counter Impressions agreed to and charged us for the trim and drywall repair after the installation. They sent someone out and he started the repair but only partially completed it. When calls to the company were made, I was told “he will be out tomorrow”. However, this never happened and no one ever called to tell us what was going on. We made other arrangements to finish the job when no one ever called to follow up. I would recommend Counter Impressions for their counter work. If other work needs to be done along with that, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, and trim work, I suggest making those arrangements yourself."

"I cannot say enough positive things about the sales process through installation. This family-owned business has my highest accolades for guiding me through what I need, budget considerations, surface offerings and more. Living in a mobile home, they steered me in the right direction of construction needs being mindful of weight-bearing pressure and don't use partical board as their base. They use marine grade plywood and even managed to cut one-piece for the L-Shaped counter in my kitchen given even a more realistic look of marble with the laminate I selected. The installation crews are experienced in demolition and left my two bathrooms and kitchen impeccably clean with the industrial shopvac they travel with and were respectful of all property. I am not only delighted with the results, but happy to give them this 5-star rating for a job well done. You needn't look any further than counter impressions for any and all counters as well as the robust offerings of cabinetry, tile and more!
