"Dario was very courteous, and helpful. I'm a repeat customer and I always receive excellent service. After spending $3600.00 for a adjustable bed, one of the frames came damaged. The delivery person informed the store at the time of delivery along with pictures. I was told the representative would get in touch with me the same day or the next day to make arrangements for a replacement. I have called twice and stopped by the store and I am still waiting for a response one month later. I had intentions of also purchasing a recliner set. Due to the lack of communication on their part I will no longer recommend this store or purchase anything here again."
