"I called this company to have a vehicle towed out of my driveway and the guy sided as if it was too far away and asked if I could call someone in DeLand. Deland is the same distance as y'all are from me then he tells me, if you cannot find anyone else they'll come get the car but it won't be today. WTH is wrong with people/companies. They don't want to work and do their job or what???!!! Eustis isn't that far from Paisley!"

"TREVOR with this towing company is absolutely horrible, worst customer service experience I have ever experienced!! He makes really nasty comments to people who already are upset and stressed out , saying things like "your problems aren't my problems " , "stop making trying to make my problems your problems " , and "it's not my fault your car got towed" and when I asked his name he wouldn't say so I asked again and he said trevor and make sure you document it accordingly, I said I sure will! Speaking like this to customers makes me think he's the owner or manager but either way it is ABSOLUTELY uncalled for and so unprofessional! They also only accept cash... which is so stupid and seems fishy. Sounds like someone is trying to avoid the IRS!!! Definitely wouldn't give them a dime of my money if I had the choice !"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!! I've had two vehicles serviced at this shop before. Last year I took my LeSabre for a transmission fluid change. Was slipping as soon as I drove it away and 8 mo later transmission blows out on me. Just recently, had my brothers 99 accord serviced for a no-start. Held the car for 11 DAYS, just to find out it was the distributor. Changed spark plugs, battery, and distributor and $100 to tow it the 6 miles to the shop. What was the quote at the end? OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS. I was understandably upset. Asked woman in the office to show me the invoice. She immediately had an ATTITUDE saying "I knew you were coming in sideways, you need to give me a minute" But all was well when the money came out! So much for customer service! Did I mention they took the timing cover off? Well guess what? Water pump is leaking profusely now. NEVER had an issue with it before taking it to this shop. Seriously DO NOT trust your vehicles with this shop! They overcharged us, and GAVE US EVEN MORE ISSUES than we had before. STAY AWAY!!!"
