"Some of the worst customer service I have ever had, please buy your insurance elsewhere. After emailing Harry and then calling the 1-800 state farm number I still never received a response from him about cancelling my plan. After calling into his office I spoke with a man who basically said that he cancelled my plan and goodbye and hung up on me. Looking online I could see that it was still trying to bill me for the next 6 months. I called again and an incredibly rude and unprofessional women answered the phone. I asked if I could please have an email as a confirmation that my plan was cancelled. She told me that they don't do that and on her screen it says it was cancelled. I told her that I don't see that and that's why I would like a confirmation email for my records. She responded with a huge sigh and begrudgingly asked what my email was. After I gave my email she gave me attitude and was incredibly rude to me. Moral of the story is do not bring your business here unless you want terrible customer service."

"The receptionist is so rude. I’ll call with a question and instead of sending me to someone in the office that actually knows what they are talking about - she says “sorry can’t help you.” I have never dreading going to an office more than having to deal with such rude people. I definitely recommend a different agent! I absolutely love State Farm and would hate for people to think this way about State Farm when it’s not their fault."
