We could not be more pleased with brakes, rotors and calipers replacement service Jkyre recommended and completed at the end of the business day when we arrived late in the day. Jkyre was friendly, professional and promptly provided his team's analysis and estimate to resolve our van's problem. He went out of his way to obtain the parts required from another location. We were the last customers of the day, and Jkyre and his team worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job before closing time. "I wanted to write this review to explain the difference between someone who works towards really helping a customer over someone working to get a paycheck. I took my vehicle over just for a simple oil change and inspection. The manager who approached me greeted me but greeted me with an aggressive tone. He asked how he could help me and I asked how much for an oil change. With just a short time up at the counter he mumbled something under his breath and proceeded to rude and sorta sarcastic. Didn’t seem interested in helping or anything. Before I could turn to leave a gentleman by the name of JKyre and I’ll never forget this gentleman assisted me correctly by greeting me and asking that I give him a chance to make things right. He took my information gave me a deal for the oil change because of how rude his manager was and inspected my vehicle. Not sure if this is based off commission but he earned my business. He showed me what could be done today and what I would need done later so I wouldn’t break the bank. I urge if he is the assistant that he be promoted to store manager because this place would have never earned my business if it wasn’t for JKyre. Great customer service, very professional and efficient. Will bring my vehicle for the rest of the work but only if he is there. Please disregard the other manager if you attend this store and ask for JKyre."

"I called Pep Boys this morning to get prices for a brake change and was happy to find out that the price was fantastic but that they also had an appointment today too. They got me in this afternoon which was a surprise how fast I could get it done. Once I got there not only did the manager say he was waiting on me but the mechanic also said he had a bay waiting for me. Keep in mind I was there 10 mins early. From the time they pulled my car in until the time I left took a total of 30 mins. I have been absolutely pleasantly shocked by this shop today. From the prices, to the quickness of getting me in, all the way to the great conversations and speed at which they took care of my car. My mind is blown at how amazing this shop is. While I was there I took advantage of getting prices for other repairs I need done on my car and I will say that they'll have my business forever. Thank you everyone who was at Pep Boys today and took care of my car. You guys have the best attitudes and I can see why you all work so well together. It's like a well oiled machine at your shop.
