"I needed to install an accessory for my truck, at first when I asked for information he told me $80 per hour and when the person who assisted me arrived he asked me for $160 since it was supposedly 2 hours of installation I arrived 1 hour later they had already installed it and he still charged me for the $160. I just hope it has been installed well"

"Sambo had problems with my radio. After I got into my car and check out the radio stations, I hurried up and call him to tell them about the radio problem. He said that he would call me and get the radio fixed for me. I called him and even went back to Sambo's to see if he was going to fix the problem and he never called me back."

"I needed to replace my roof top antenna. Dennis helped me in making sure I got the correct parts to make the repair. I ordered the incorrect parts originally. He was very knowledgeable in making the repairs. He actually had to remove the antenna 2 different times. He did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent. The final charges for labor compared to other quotes I had was excellent. I would recommend Sambo's to anyone needed work done."
