"I see some other negative reviews but my experience with Lloyd today was fabulous! I had a total flat from accident debris, waited the amount of time predicted by Porsche Roadside (90 mins) Talked to Kling three time in the phone. Lloyd was last one who called and gave me a specific arrival and description. He loaded my car with skill and was super communicative throughout. I rode with him to the dealer who also said he was their recommended guy if I’d asked. Thank you so much for making a crazy Monday better. I actually know who I’ll call again if I ever need to while driving I-75 or the Turnpike."

"I’d I could give ZERO STARS I would!! My car was parked at McDonald’s and was towed here. I’m a CUSTOMER at McDonald’s and NOT a criminal! Why were the fees THE SAME FIR CUSTOMERS AS CRIMINALS??? 13 days my car was parked in a muddy field. They CHARGED ME $1200.00!!! I was unable to obtain the funds and they actually KEPT MY $3300.00 vehicle!! THEY ARE THIEVES!! THIS SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL WHAT A DISGUSTING WAY TO EARN A LIVING! You just CONFISCATED a vehicle that I was going to give to a HOMELESS PERSON!! How CRUEL"

"Towed my car and told me it was $350 when we got to there yard it was $400 cause I wouldn't sell it to b&s auto salvage and they were closing so I can't get it till Monday and then it will be $698.00 to get it. The customer service is not worth even trying to talk to either they change their mind depending on who is coming to get your car if you don't sell it to them or b&s auto salvage the price drastically changes"

"This company deals in shady practices! BEWARE!!!! My daughter got rear ended by a dump truck in my car - the police dept called out this company. The tow co told me it HAD to be towed to the yard in order to release it to me. I called my insurance company to have it towed back to Ocala. The new tow guy shows up and they wont release it because the bill hadnt been paid. NO ONE TOLD ME ANY OF THIS prior to towing my car. If that was the case I should have been informed and given the option to leave it where it sat to be towed by my own company. They only accept cash or check and my insurance company is in Texas… WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!!??? Taking advantage of people who have already been in a traumatic experience… SHAME ON YOU!!!!! NICE TRY AT A RESPONSE!!! You guys started the SCAM as soon as you arrived to tow my car…. I was on scene with my Florida issued drivers license, Military ID, and My Florida CCP before my car was put on the truck. You guys released my vehicle to me saying everything was good to go. When my tow guys showed up it was not all good to go!"
