I see I’m not the first person to feel this way. The way you speak AT people is so condescending, you are supposed to provide service, not make a person go so far as I was forced to go today. I will pray for you, because no matter how the situation seems, it is YOUR job to help. If you can’t help, transfer the call, like you were asked more than once. Instead you decided to argue further. "Should’ve never rented from the when I called to find out information about their furniture the last was RUDE! Casey was the only nice person I worked with now I got behind on payments due to a road block I missed 2 and to get harassed and putting another customer’s business out to prove a point was unprofessional very overpriced stay away from these rent to own companies not worth it"

One person I would like to specifically acknowledge is Paul Grant for always being courteous, and professional and knowledgeable about their products and inventory. I have been dealing with him for years and as long as he is there I will continue to deal with him and Great Rooms for furniture and all of the other things I may need for my home."
