"I shop Kirklands quite frequently both online and in the store. However this was my first experience with the “curbside” pickup at the new Tampa location. First off, I want to say how rude the male staff member was. He picked up the phone and once I told him I was there to pick up an order, he immediately sounded annoyed and started huffing and puffing. He then put me on hold twice and after about 6 min of waiting in the “curbside pickup” parking spot, I walked in to get my order.( I think his name was Eric) had 0 customer service skills and gave me some serious attitude when I was at the counter. He was probably the most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with at a retail store who seemed like he just hated to be there. Very dissatisfied with my experience today."
