From the beginning of our process (choosing the flooring) with Tina, to meeting Chris when he came out to do the measurements (& all the phone calls between to get everything in place), to the installers.... they were top notch! Friendly, LOCAL, caring & true to their word!! Our new luxury vinyl is gorgeous!! It arrived on time and was installed by true craftsmen! "I called about new carpet and laminate in four areas of a home I purchased recently. They were highly recommended, Chris came out any measured the areas. He ask if I could stop in and look at different options at the store. They were very helpful in the decision making process, and answered all my question and concerns. They quoted me within a couple of days with a fair price, and I got a date for the install. Ray and Aaron were the installers, they were very professional and really did a great job. They really went above and beyond to provide me with a quality job. I would recommend Surfaces to anyone who needs any type of flooring. Chris(2nd generation) and his son also is an installer are great to deal with. Tina is a part of this GREAT team that keeps you informed and handles scheduling"
"Chris and Tina efficiently handled our estimate, ordering, and scheduling of flooring for three bedrooms, hallway, and all closets in the home we recently purchased. The installation crew safely moved the furniture in each room and professionally installed the flooring over a few days. They were always prompt and courteous and never left a mess. They even completed the installation a little ahead of schedule. Top notch company!!!"
