"I called and asked for a part, a rude guy on the phone answered and told me he would look for the part and call me back. That Was on Monday Aug. 7th, it is now Thurs. Aug. 10th and no call back. I've called them multiple times since but it goes directly to voice-mail. Very disappointing"
"This was a great yard before Covid. Not always the friendliest people, but there's usually somebody good to deal with. Easily a location where you can make friends with someone there. The owners have a long history in auto salvage in this area, and have a good reputation for being fair and honest. Since Covid they became a full service yard, and no longer allow pulling of your own parts, so I haven't been back. I'm sure there's still good folks here."
