Not only are they Rude to their customers but their Manager bob threatened my sister who couldn't even get a word in as he told her to come in so he could lay his hands on her. Definitely going to call corporate on this place. Worst service ever and I would recommend people go to Arron's if they want some actual good service. I'm surprised their even still up and running."

"This is the second bedroom set delivered in a month. The first bedroom set was delivered incomplete. I was told I would have the rest in 3 weeks, never came, I called and was told 10 weeks. I picked out another bedroom set and look what I received. The guy dropped the dresser out of the truck. They had to leave for over an hour because they couldn’t find the screws that were clearly in the night stand. They come back and put the bed together with the side rails upside down, a screw sticking out of the back. The front of the headboard is coming off. I was assured that I was getting a good condition bedroom set. The delivery guys have no clue, bickering at each other and in a rush so the job is done all wrong. Do better Rent a Center, do better."
