"Had a Craftsman shop vac. Didn't work well after using once. They refused to take back as it was used. How do I find out it doesn't work well if I don't use it. They refused to deal with it. Told them I'd file with credit card co. Credit card co gave me the credit. Ace could have taken back item got credit with Craftsman and all would have been fine. Instead they got no product back and I got my credit. Poor customer service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere"
