He is honest and talks you through everything, including his pricing. I love that he shows us the old parts compared to the new parts before replacing them so that we can see for ourselves what the problem was. He is a busy man, so try to be flexible with your appointment times. That's truly the "worst" I can say - and that is just due to some jobs taking longer than expected, lol. I was interested in purchasing a 2015 jeep wrangler that was used and located at a nearby dealership but I wanted to make sure the vehicle was inspected by a third party before deciding to take it off the lot.
