"Dave was amazing! I was traveling through Ocala and I ordered a top from Dave. Disappointingly the A.R.E. CX Revo we custom ordered for $3600 was poorly built and had many defects and missing parts. The topper even had the wrong door on the back for my specific truck and was damaging my tailgate. Dave did his best to make it right and immediately was on the phone with his supplier trying to figure out how to make it work with my limited time frame of being in Ocala. Sadly the topper had to be refunded as there was too much wrong with it for them to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. As inconvenient and expensive as this poorly built topper by A.R.E was Dave was still amazing and I would happily do business with him again if the situation ever presents itself. I would not recommend A.R.E. for the obvious reasons stated above and the customer service lady had a horrible attitude that was anything but helpful."
