"Came in today to see Marshall for training on my new car. I started with roll down windows for my first car. He was very kind, high tech individual, explained in detail options and programs. I had just gotten a new android Samsung phone that was never updated from the box. He first had to run that which took a longer time. I did make an appointment to see him. He was very professional and when I said goodbye and thanked him he said, "I just want you to be happy with your new car." Marshall new alot of history on Subaru. He is amazing and he Subaru should have a podcast with Marshall.."

"I currently live overseas and my car has been in storage for almost three years. I came home for a visit and called ahead to get scheduled for service. I arrived in Florida and dropped my car at Ocala Subaru for the A/C recall repair, an oil change and tire rotation. Now, this is the best part: I thought, for sure there would be other issues with the car after sitting for three years, so I pre-authorized a dollar amount for anything they might find. When I showed up to pay for the repairs, I was informed that the recall repair, oil change and tire rotation were completed AND that they didn't find anything else that needed repair. This is what I simply LOVE about Subaru: they don't take advantage of their customers...they care for them! Would 100% recommend Ocala Subaru!"

"Great customer service! Ralph from the Service Desk got me in and out quickly. My Subaru Forester is my favorite car ever. The ride is smooth, it has amazing pick up for a 4 Cyl SUV and it gets amazing gas mileage. There is so much leg room for everyone too."

"This was my 6000 mile first oil & filter change and rotate the tires. (I did purchase the car new at this dealership) I called for an appointment and they scheduled me to be there in 3 days. Service writer was very professional and kind. The service was completed in about one hour while we waited. There was free water, coffee and snacks.
