"We visited Koontz on a weekday in August 2023. We had to enter from the rear of the building where the parking is located. It was a fairly large furniture store. The people were nice and did not follow us around like some stores. But they were available if we had any questions. They seemed to have quality furniture, but I didn't look all that close. They are extremely expensive for what they offer. I liked some pieces. But I was not paying their prices. I just cannot see how they could justify a lot of the prices I read. But if they have enough people to pay the prices that keep the doors open, the more power to them. I have found furniture as well as have had built, quality, solid wood furniture at a substantially lower cost than some items prices in Koontz. So for me, unfortunately, I did not make a purchase from Koontz."

"Koontz is a very unique high quality furniture and design store. The staff is extremely helpful and they don't follow you around like most places. They can help from breaking ground to completion of your home. They give great design ideas. They can furnish your house just by a set of house plans. They do window treatments also. There are so many rare one of a kind pieces to accessorize with. It's my favorite store. Some people say it's too expensive but I disagree for the quality you get. Ask for Mindy...shes who I work with."

"We've driven past this store several times, but never stopped until today. Happened to be their 100 year anniversary. We were totally amazed over the large floor space of displays. Huge selection of very nice furniture. Very friendly and helpful staff. This store sells only quality, upscale furniture and furnishings. Everything is expensive. There no cheap, cost cutting items (thankfully). Definitely worth a visit."
