"Buyer beware. My wife and I bought three recliners from here and spent a little over 2000 bucks. The first thing that happened to us was that the corded power remote control stopped working and this was just over a year. They said that it wasn’t covered by warranty so we just ordered it from eBay and I fixed it myself. An easy fix but it was 179 dollars for a new one. Now the frame is broken on my wife’s recliner so she pulled out the paperwork and called. The lady said that since it was over 6 years they were not sure if they had the parts for it and would have to come out to our house take pictures of it. For over a hundred bucks then go back to there shop to see if they would be able to fix it. If they could fix it they would charge us for pick up labor and all parts for it. Estimated another 5 or 600 bucks for the recliner that was supposed to last us a life time according to the sales lady. I will never buy anything else again from them because they lied to us about the warranty. Where I come from a life time warranty is not just for a few years. Lazy boy back in the day was a good product but not any more. I just hope this helps someone out and you don’t make a costly mistake like we did. My advice is. Just go buy a cat napper or another brand for a lot less money and throw it away after it breaks down."
