"I had a valve stem issue while in Ocala from out of town. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning looking at my issue and determining it was just the stem extension that broke off and it was not leaking. They checked everything else on the truck and topped off the air in the other tires. When I went to pay, they did not charge me a dime. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and would give them 6 stars if I could."

"I went into the shop with a slow leak and it was found that I had a piece of metal in the tire. I bought these from Bob’s tire and brake last year and was just over the warranty. By 150 miles they took care of it, and didn’t charge me a penny, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great people to work with."

"Bob's is a GREAT place to get your car serviced! The 2 guys on the service counter are incredibly customer orientated. They are straight forward and easily understood when explaining the diagnostics for your vehicle, estimating how long it will take for repairs, and the cost that was quoted to fix my '97 Jeep was quite reasonable. The mechanic that actually did the work, had to be one of the most, if not the most qualified auto repair mechanic that I ever encountered. I'm sorry that I didn't get the names of the guys I delt with, but I want to Thank each of them for going "above and beyond" my expectations...from my observations, while I waited for my Jeep to get fixed, the people working here know how to run a business, everything was right on, no complaints....You just got a customer for life!.....Brakes, tires, repairs, you name it! "I’ve been here a few times and thought the place was alright until recently my abs speed sensor melted causing codes. I just spent about $3k on new tires, brakes, calipers 3 months ago, all work done here. I was here a less than a week ago to get the oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. Now they claim no one saw it, no one is responsible and it’ll be $300 to fix it. ($34 part by the way) So, I’ll pass on that and look for another shop I can trust with my Denali. Mind you their ‘inspections’ list places they can’t even see, so I can not understand how someone did not see this with the wheels off last week."
