"Mechanic Dad (Zechariah) came out to fix our brakes on really short notice in a hotel parking lot. We’re from out of town, so we don’t have a mechanic here. He was responsive, kind, timely and professional. He explained the laws of the state and the various protections available to me as a customer. He then walked through what he thought was the problem before beginning the work and explained exactly what he would do and how much things would cost. After that, he got to work and made things very easy. His prices are more than fair and he was very good about communicating as he went. When our transaction was done, he recommended two or three parks that my children might enjoy and let me know that if we had any problems while we were in town, he would come take a look at no extra charge. He also said that he’d deal with the shop back at our home if we ran into problems within his warranty period. So far, so good! We will definitely call him back if we ever need a good mechanic in the Gainesville area. Thanks very much Zechariah!"
