"I was on vacation at Santa Rosa Beach with my family when my GMC Sierra sounded sluggish when I started it up one morning. I went to Advance Auto Parts in Freeport to have it checked and they’re analyzer indicated it was the alternator. Stephanie was very nice and helpful and recommended I take it to Budden Automotive. When I got there, I met the owner, Britt Budden. Britt asked me some questions and said it sounded like the battery. He rechecked it with his newer analyzer and it was indeed the battery. He called and got a battery delivered and installed it for me. The cost was very reasonable. In fact, it probably wasn’t enough. Britt stopped what he was doing to help a perfect stranger in need. I wasn’t happy about having trouble with my truck, but I’m very grateful that I happened to meet this fine man. I would recommend Britt to everyone."

"I took my Jeep to a shop to have the steering components looked at. Uneven wear on the tires and wobbly depending on driving conditions. I got a general description of what they recommend that total about $4000. I wasn’t quite happy with quote so I decided to get a second opinion. Budden’s did their inspection of the vehicle as well as a courtesy inspection of other components under my vehicle. The defects were written down with pictures to help me understand what was wrong as well as priced for fixing. The front steering components that were in question was quoted about half the cost of the other shop with specific parts that need replacing. All in all I’m much happier with the outcome."
