"I went into the Freeport, Fl location today 6-9-23 to buy bulbs for brake lights on my 2012 Honda Accord. I am 61 yr old single lady, I asked if there was Internet because I needed to transfer money from one account to another to pay for my purchase, and I was told no. There were three or four grown men in the store. There were absolutely no customers, and after I had asked that question and they had tell me there was not any Internet one of those one man started running his mouth about this is why we can’t get Internet because people just come in here and use it up, then I asked about how to put the bulbs in to my car for the bright lights and I was just looked at like I was a dummy so needless to say I didn’t get any help with that and I thought it was very rude and unnecessary. if he even had remarks about the Internet, could he not have waited till I left the store it was very rude I will never go back to an O’Reillys anywhere advance will certainly get my business, and it might not be much, but it’s business."
