"Will be a repeat customer! My wife spilled chicken soup in her car. I wasn’t able to remove / clean / refresh the cloth interior sufficiently with a Ryobi carpet cleaner despite 6 hours of trying. There also was a ton of remaining dog hair (we have two 70 lb dogs that go back and forth to New Orleans with my wife for the work week). We contacted this company on a Saturday afternoon and heard back within an hour! The car was scheduled within 2 days for Monday 9 am drop off. He provided an estimate beforehand and upon drop off. We were given lots of options about what we wanted to have done for the interior detailing, including % of dog hair removal, leather conditioner and UV protection. Extremely fair and transparent pricing! Customer service was great - he kept in touch throughout the day and went above and beyond. Overall, a great job on the car and a great experience. He also offered a detailing within 8 weeks for a reduced price! Can’t wait to have our other car detailed here in November."
