John made sure we got the best price on granite. We got a higher quality granite at a discounted price, one that competitors couldn't beat! Once the work was complete, we received a follow up phone call to see how it went. We noticed a couple edges that the polish missed, but they came out the next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend them!"
"Every part of the experience was great for us. We went into the show room and John was very professional and patient with us while trying to pick out counter tops for the first time in our lives. He did not at any point make us feel any pressure to buy anything or any particular thing. The pricing was very straight forward. The installers came a few weeks later and were very professional, clean, and did an absolutely wonderful job!"
"Mark and John Cassady and their entire BTK countertop fabrication, installation and quality assurance team were excellent. Prices for materials, sinks, existing counter removal and new granite installation was about $900 lower than the local box stores with 3cm stone in all rooms - not 3cm in kitchen and 2 cm in bathroom. Installers found a small calculation error on the height of backsplashes but instead of installing anyway they recut all of them again (at no cost to me) to ensure job was perfect. Even made me a very nice cutting board (again no cost to me) for the slight inconvenience. Can't recommend Buy This Kitchen high enough. Great job and great folks."
