"I recently purchased a stunning wall-to-wall bookcase for our home. The bookcase arrived a week later, and our excitement quickly shifted to concern when the shelves didn't align correctly. I called Hank's Furniture to discuss our options, and we opted for a replacement. I love the bookcase and was confident it was the perfect addition to our cozy living room. With every purchase, the ideal situation is for everything to go as planned. However, life happens. That said, I had a great experience with Hank's furniture. Dylan, the manager at Hanks, was attentive to our needs and worked to ease our concerns. He assigned Rochelle to assist us through the reordering process and arrange the exchange. Rochelle efficiently established the exchange process and provided excellent communication throughout. Upon arrival of our bookcase, Rochelle inspected it before delivery, which was much appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Hanks, especially Rochelle, the bookcase is now a focal point of our living room."

"We replaced living room furniture in our condo 2 years ago. After trying several other places first, we bought from Hank's. The inventory was excellent and delivery was hassle-free. When we needed a chair and hassock in October, 2023, we returned to Hank's and bought again. Eric was so patient with us both times and gave us many excellent decorating ideas. Next time we need furniture, we will return to Hank's in Destin and ask for Eric again!"

"We purchased our sofas from Hanks Furniture in Destin Fl. We had a pleasant experience with the purchase last year. We had some repairs done a couple of times due to a manufacturing defect and I called to request another repair. I spoke with Rochelle Dial who took care of our issues. She worked diligently on our behalf and called with updates as to what they were going to do for us. To our surprise, she ended up having our sofas replaced rather than another repair. She was always pleasant and always made time to keep us informed. Everyone we’ve dealt with at Hanks has been pleasant and helpful. Thank you Rochelle for all of your hard work and taking the time to make sure we were taken care of. Hanks is a great place to make your furniture purchases!"

"I recommend you shop somewhere else.... We are really struggling through a very challenging transaction with Hanks right now with defective and low quality furniture. We bought our furniture 9 months ago, and have had our sofa sleeper exchanged twice now for the exact same issue where the mechanism has fallen right through the bottom within a week of receiving it. The entire set has issues and is poor workmanship, including cushion zippers breaking, height difference between the couch and love seat, and padding sliding from place in the chair. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. Our sales person is no longer at Hank's & the store manager hasn't reached out to us. We have been trying to work through the office manager. I hate to leave a negative review, but we have given them several chances to make things right without results. We will not be purchasing from them in the future. UPDATE: Buyer Beware! After 10 months of run around, the store manger, Blake finally contacted me. End result, they do not stand by the quality of their furniture and retracted an offer because I did not want to delete this review. I will be contacting BBB with a complaint. You have better furniture store options in Destin & Fort Walton.! We furnished an entire condo, and had excellent service from Skippers, Rooms To Go, Furniture Outlet and Haverty’s. Save yourselves the headache."
