"So happy we entrusted our RV to this business. Bill told me on the phone up front they were 2 weeks out on repairs but to bring it in if I wanted and they would do their best to turn it quicker. Bill was very thorough in discussing price and even doing some preliminary troubleshooting on the phone for a step issue. No appointments but the 2 weeks seems a standard policy for other RV repair companies, including Camping World. Imagine my surprise when I got a call one week later saying our rig was ready. I also liked they change oil on the rig as most RV companies won’t.And we were very impressed with Tim, the mechanic. He explained the repairs and actually showed us some helpful tips on battery maintenance. A true mechanic ! Hard to find nowadays. My go-to RV service from now on! There’s a 3.5% charge if you use a card but they do take checks, as well as cash. And we actually still have checks!!! Thanks Bill!!!"
"1st time in, and felt part of the family. They have been teaching us right along. New to class A, after years in an Airstream. So alot to learn. Brought it in for a water leak, and now they are getting us set up for our Grand Cherokee for our "Toad". Awaiting parts, and leaving our unit there so they can teach us to ins and outs after installation."
