"I had my 2015 F250 turbo diesel worked on at Outlaw Diesel last month. I think that Justin is more knowledgable than the mechanics that I have used at Ford dealerships. He did a great job on a timely basis. In my mind he is a top rate diesel brain surgeon!"

"Shop is extremely busy and for good reason. Was having acceleration issues and Justin troubleshot it to a $2.50 part. I was a little paranoid thinking my c4 fuel pump was just about to shell out since a friend of mine just spent 10k on his 2500 duratrash for that issue a month earlier. I asked Justin for his advice since I'm at 97k miles and he shot it to me pretty simply..."pay a little now or a lot later". He gave me a good price and timeline. Justin delivered exactly as promised....very rare in this day. Extremely glad I found him and happy to be a new customer!"

"Super friendly and helpful. I called asking questions about a RAM 2500 not knowing they were exclusively a Ford Powerstroke shop. They spent 10 minutes on the phone helping me and advising options for someone that wasn’t even potentially going to be a paying customer. Hard to find that kind of genuine helpfulness nowadays."

"The best mechanics around, Period! Need at least 9 stars on a 5 star scale! Justin and Tyler are not only honest people but they go out of their way to ensure that you are happy. I took my truck in for a coolant leak that started after a shop in Virginia performed some work while I stationed there. Justin found the source quickly, and fixed it... funny, clamps simply were not tight and didn't try any up sale or B.S. I spoke to Justin about wiring and performance upgrades as well. I have always upgraded parts as they failed or as I could afford them. Justin took the time to explain everything to me, and how things work together, as I am not a mechanic. I told Justin I would slowly make the adjustments as I saved up the money. Shortly, after my head gaskets failed for the 4th time. I told Justin that I needed this corrected and done right. The head gaskets were done previously by 2 different mechanics but the ARP studs were reused each time, this is something Justin and Tyler will not do. So, it was time to pull the motor and do this right... and doing it right is an understatement!!! The motor was torn down and given love, and with Justin and Tyler's help I made sure to have the cleanest 6.0 and most reliable 6.0 that one could ever ask for! Being that my heads were previously machined, we decided it was time for an upgrade..... and this is where the transformation began. Justin explained exactly what I needed, but I often said.... what would be better??? here is what she has now.. Wherever you are, it is worth the trip to have them work on your 6.0, 6.4, or 6.7! Thanks for everything!"

"Just wow. Don't let the sign on the door fool you - Justin and his team know 7.3 motors too. I picked up a 2000 F350 2x4 DRW with 60,000 miles on it last summer. As my first diesel, I didn't have anything to compare it with, but I felt something wasn't right - just not the power I was expecting nor the fuel mileage. I tow a 10,000lb toy hauler with two nice motorcycles and I didn't want to overstress anything. Justin & I had an email dialogue for a few weeks wherein I told him I wanted the truck to get better fuel mileage when running the highways solo and better performance while towing my TH. When I brought the truck to him, he ran diagnostics, found some issues, made recommendations with quotes on what could be done, and followed that with what he thought should be done. I took all his advice, and while I'm not made of money, this truck is going to be part of the family for a long time so this was an investment in reliability and sustainability. I picked up the truck today.... It's a completely different beast! The new turbine/compressor gave me 20psi boost at one point. The S&B cold air intake is allowing way more air, while the new bellowed up pipes allow proper exhaust flow. The oversized transmission oil pan and giant oil cooler now takes 19 qts. And I've got 4 new pedestal gauges to monitor her performance. I'm VERY happy! Besides being a great wrench, Justin is a man with business savvy, discipline, and is a great leader for his team. Justin communicated his progress, parts situation, and sent pictures to me almost daily via email. I had no required deadline, so he knew he had all the time he needed. He also cleaned up some 'electrician's mess' under my dash and under my truck initially at no charge, but I paid him for what he would let me. Honest, up front, and fair. I whole heartily recommend Diesel Outlaws to anyone with a Ford diesel."
