"GREAT customer service! I feel like I need to update my review due to recent situations. I have numerous policies with Parker Price Ins, including homeowners, business, and flood and auto. I have been working with Annette to try and sort them out since 2 were up for cancellation. She bent over BACKWARDS to help me solve all issues and keep the policies active. Then, she took her time to do a spreadsheet with all the policies, the renewal dates, and what properties what company covers. I didn't ask her to do that, she just did it to try to help me!!! What a kind gesture in a time when insurance in Florida is so very chaotic! They deserve 10 stars, not just 5!"
