I appreciated his honesty that it was better to purchase a new AC unit instead of applying the band-aid. His wife quickly found the replacement AC and informed me of the news. Once I placed the deposit, she ordered a new AC unit, which arrived in less than four days. Eddie finished the installation and operation test this morning, so the entire process was less than a week from start to finish. We finally found an exceptionally prompt, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced mobile RV repair business.
