Ricky the manager went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Even though they had to go get the new tires, I was still back on the road within 2 hours. Ricky even called later to make sure I made it safely to my destination. Top notch business with exceptional employees. I’m so thankful I ended up there."

"I was put pricing lifts for my 2016 JKU last week, I called a few places & also drove to a couple. I ended up going with Eagle Tire based on the recommendations from at least 10 different people. I went up there on my lunch break and spoke to Jimmy Condren. I told him what I wanted, and he didn't argue with me or try to up-sell me. He ordered exactly what I wanted! Gave me a turnaround time of 1-2 days. I dropped my Jeep off on Monday & called Tuesday on my lunch, and they told me it would be ready in about an hour. I showed up after I got off, I've driven probably 100 miles since, even took it on some nice inclines... everything has been awesome so far. They charged me the online price for the lift which I was happy about and the labor was very fair. I will definitely be back for any upgrades I don't feel comfortable doing myself."

"Owner, Mike, is a pro with a solid knowledge base. He was able to offer best and cheapest solutions and within just a couple of minutes had found exactly the tires I was looking for (and I'm very picky with this car). The next morning Mike called me as soon as the tires were in his shop, then had them installed within 90 minutes. While I was waiting I watched him and his crew interact with many customers; always polite and informative. Special thanks to Jeffrey on the service line for professional installation, being very careful with some expensive rims, and leaving a clean work area. Will definitely be back."
