"Made an appointment but wasn’t honored. Car wasn’t looked at until 8 hours after. Quote was over priced. Decided on only oil change, spark plugs and tires rotated. Spark plugs ended up being too much and told them nevermind after realizing car was still sitting out in parking lot and was lied to telling me it was too late. That somebody had already started on it. After picking up the car, realized the tires were never rotated like requested. Car didn’t get worked on until the next day mid day."
