"Went in there with an issue and was greeted immediately, the car part sales associate was Megan. She took my information and sorted me out and was on my way without any issue. She advised me on what other items I needed as well that may help me with my install . Suggested that I get the extra coverage for my parts to ensure if I needed to replace them down the road I would be covered. I dunno what's in the water there at advance auto but keep it. Other places need to take notes . Always have my patronage."

"This is my go-to auto parts store. They have parts for my cars, medium duty company trucks, and even John Deere equipment. Usually order online and then pick-up in store. I like that they take used oil here. Although I don't use their free services, they can do battery testing and charging, and I believe they will install wiper blades. James and Gale have been a great help in finding parts for all of my cars an trucks. The counter clerks I've had at this location have all been knowledgeable and professional. Male or female, they have always done a great job of helping me. Whether its hard parts, oil, light bulbs, or anti-freeze, they have a great knowledge of the product and where it is on the store shelves. Shout-out to Meagan who has helped me several times. Her parts knowledge and customer service are absolutely great! Will go to again."
