"They were great. Went in for an oil change and almost got a new truck. The price quote was beyond belief, really a good deal. The only reason I didn't make the deal was that I needed to allocate my funds elsewhere. When the time is right, I will return! They have always been amazing group, been going there for years! The aervice department is quick and trustworthy, and the sales department is no pressure SALES CONSULTANTS. They won't sell you anything that you don't need or want. Will only get my truck serviced by them and will only buy my next truck from them!"

"Sandy Sansing Chevy in Milton has an awesome service department!! A year ago, the check engine light kept going on and off in my 2019 Silverado. Two other Chevy dealerships wanted to keep it for several days to run the diagnostic. So I called the Chevy dealership in Milton. Kacey scheduled me for the next day and the mechanic had me out in just over an hour. The fuel pump power control module shorted. The part was covered under warranty. I had to come back once the part came in. I was in and out in an hour again. This week, I noticed a “flutter” in the drive train. When I called the service department, Kacey gave me a “most likely” cause, but told me to be prepared for something different, then asked me when I wanted to bring it in. “She asked me when I wanted to bring it in.” When I got there today, Tom checked me in and told me the same story as Kacey. It’s most likely this but be prepared. They were both right. I just needed the transmission flushed. Thanks Kacey and Tom!! Check out the pictures of the waiting room. A kids play area, tv, and free coffee and snacks!!"

"Y’all went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be when buying a new vehicle.
