"Sandy Sansing Chevy in Milton has an awesome service department!! A year ago, the check engine light kept going on and off in my 2019 Silverado. Two other Chevy dealerships wanted to keep it for several days to run the diagnostic. So I called the Chevy dealership in Milton. Kacey scheduled me for the next day and the mechanic had me out in just over an hour. The fuel pump power control module shorted. The part was covered under warranty. I had to come back once the part came in. I was in and out in an hour again. This week, I noticed a “flutter” in the drive train. When I called the service department, Kacey gave me a “most likely” cause, but told me to be prepared for something different, then asked me when I wanted to bring it in. “She asked me when I wanted to bring it in.” When I got there today, Tom checked me in and told me the same story as Kacey. It’s most likely this but be prepared. They were both right. I just needed the transmission flushed. Thanks Kacey and Tom!! Check out the pictures of the waiting room.
