"Called for a price quote, was told to leave my name and number and would receive a call back in an hour , a week later still no call . Called back to try and get the quote was told can bring my vehicle and leave it and it should be between $375 to $475 for a headliner replacement these people are crazy"

"After dealing with this company months ago I should’ve know better. They charged me for an inspection, never would sent the insurance company any of the proper documentation. After a month we found a company to handle the car. So I call for a tire, get charged, the next day my sun comes in No tire oh all of a side. $100. More all they have is a new one. Total disregard for anyone’s inconvenience, and then accused me of making racial slurs after pointing out their unprofessional behavior.! No we don’t need more business like this in our it town!! How is that racial??? Because you’re not being upfront an honest with a customer! Yeah no thanks! We’ll take out business elsewhere! Even the insurance rep questioned the company?? Was that racial??"

"Did a great job cleaning Ford F350, she was pretty full of sand and toddler mess. They got her back up to sparkling. Only docked 1 star because my truck wasn't ready when they had originally stated and I had to leave it overnight, and then my battery was dead. Maybe a door got left open? Either way they were otherwise good, and I'll be using their service again for my truck and probably my boat as well in the future. I'll update the star status as I use them more. I do recommend this business!"

"Friendly only goes so far. And that they are. I purchased a tire for $148.73 on a Thursday and was told I would receive a call Friday before noon and following that I could come there and they’d install the tire. They did not call, and when I did call, they didn’t have the tire, they said they’d call me within 30 minutes after they figured out what happened to my tire. They did not call back. After an hour, I did. After that call we settled on 3:30 for me to arrive there, the tire was in route. I thought. When I arrive, after being greeted by a friendly staff and waiting where they instructed I wait to have my tire installed, I was approached by a member of their staff and told I needed to pay them an additional $50. Why? because that’s how much this tire that they had sent over cost, above and beyond the tire I ordered. I went out to my car. Looked up the tire that they were trying to sell me for an additional $50 that would put my total now instead of $148 just at $200 and the very first place I found had it for sale for $135. I showed her what I found, hoping she would do anything to try to accommodate me in the face of their many errors. Anything, even five dollars off of this surprise 50 additional dollars would’ve sufficed quite honestly. They were friendly when they refused. But like I said, friendly, only goes so far, needless to say I left there without a tire. But most importantly, I left there with no intentions to ever return. And most importantly, I do not recommend this friendly staff that doesn’t go all too far to make a happy return customer…satisfied. Very sincerely yours, Brandon."
