"Awful work. Took it back because the rear main seal wasn’t installed right, the first time. Still wasn’t fixed the third time, asked for my money back, and wouldn’t do it. When attempting to fix it, exhaust was broken, side rails broken, dip stick broken bracket, and mirror coating messed up from sitting in the sun for a month without moving. Just bullet points to say should be zero stars. Shade tree mechanic…. Shady being the key word"

"This company lacks all professionalism, horrifyingly treacherous service! the first time I dropped my car off it has been a constant headache/nightmare! I had a new engine put into my vehicle, they ended up overcharging me $1000 more than was quoted and instantly after I picked it up my check engine light appeared and it was driving horribly. It ended up breaking down again the same day I picked it up, having to spend another $140 on a censor that should have been covered seemingly as it was a apart of the engine they sold me. I have dropped it back off literally five time and every time I pick it up the same problems are persisting, smoking, shaking, terribly running, stalling out (problems I never have prior to bringing it into Elton's). Might I add everytime I picked my car up the mechanic was already downing beer while working, it only being around 4 pm with a Bush beer in his hand. Anyways, It ended up breaking down yet again while I was working delivering food, after two additional days of being in the shop I call to see the status of my vehicle. The mechanic yells in my ear saying he's "piddled" with it yesterday and today and has yet to find out what is wrong, I simply state that I am going to lose my job over him not being able to properly do his job and he proceeded to hang up in my ear! Extremely rude and utterly inadequate service! The worst mechanic experience I have ever encountered and yet my vehicle still has yet to be properly fixed. =("
