"Well, we were on vacation and had both the rear and front hub assembly fail on us during the drive to Pensacola. The noise was so bad and it was a blessing that we even made it without a major accident. We knew we could not drive home with the issue and I reached out to Bobby on Saturday at 3:30 pm. Elizabeth told me to come down before they closed and they would assess the issue and tell us if they could get it fixed. Fortunately they could get the issues fixed, unfortunately it was not a simple fix and cost a pretty penny. They were amazing and got us all fixed up in time for us to return home. The staff was friendly and professional, if you need work done they will do a great job."

"How this place has a 4.3 blows my mind. Literally THE WORST auto shop I have ever been too. Took my car there for an alignment and brakes. They had it for 8 days the first time. Got it back and there was a clunking sound in the back every time I went over a bump and it was still pulling to the right. So I took it back. They had it for 5 days with out any contact. So I called and Justin said they FORGOT about my vehicle. No apology or anything. Got the car back the next day and it was STILL PULLING to the right. So I take it back a THIRD time and they say they can’t do an alignment because I have frame damage????!?? But BOTH times I took it there before they said they did an alignment and there was no problem. But now they are saying that I hit something. This place is a scam. They don’t know what the hell they are doing and just want your money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Would give 0 stars if I could."
