"Best exhaust shop in the area. The owner Jim is a super nice guy that goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of properly. I had him reinstall some shorty headers that a shade tree mechanic installed for me that had blown the gaskets. Jim told me everything I needed and told it to me straight. He's not the type to try to up-sale you on anything. He asked me to come back after a few days to make sure nothing had worked loose after the truck had run and thermal cycled a few times. Came back by today for that check up and he did everything he said he would and more. While he was back under the hood he showed me a few concerns unrelated to the work he was doing but he just wanted me to be aware so I can monitor it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and he has me as a customer for anything else I need as long as he's here. Thanks Jim!"

"I can't speak to the quality of work, because he never worked on my vehicle. We setup to meet at 9am. I showed up and the door was locked. Tried to call him: no answer. He called me back about an hour later and told me to come in around 11:30. I showed up and he still wasn't there. I called him and he said he had to run to get some parts and to come back in an hour and a half. Never heard from him again. Terrible customer service. Edit: In the 10:15 call the owner mentions below, in his response, we in fact did make plans to meet at 11:30. I called at 11:30 to see if he would actually be there as I didn't want to drive to the shop again if he wasn't going to be there, which he then informed me he had to run an errand and wouldn't be there, but to come in an hour and a half to which he wasn't there again. The story is from start to finish."
