"Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! I went to this store to purchase a birthday gift basket for a friend, which comes in a cardboard box, nice wrapping and a note tag. They did not have the package in the fragrance I wanted and the workers advised me to pick the one I liked and they would wrap it up for me after I paid. Once payment was made the workers advised me that there was no more boxes, wrapping or tags. Instead the workers wrapped it like the image below. I will be sending this review to customer relations because this does not cost $14.00 and my friends birthday is tomorrow."
