"I paid $89.60 for 4 pieces of jewelry on January 9th, 2021. I believe there was some kind of deal. One of the pieces I purchased was an opal daith and the other a rook piercing. The individual at the sales counter was very nice and patient. She put in the jewelry for me. However, I would have been better off going to a shop for jewelry and installation. The rook fell out within two weeks. The daith is turning green and the opal fell out. It is definitely not worth the cost at all."

"Idk why all these bad reviews are on here but I came here to get m ears pierced and the lady that helped me was so nice. They were super chill and helped me choose what studs to get. The second girl that came into her shift while the piercing was happening was so chill and kind too. Plenty of compliments and encouragement from the girls. I would def recommend this place. Although they recommended the pricier studs perhaps maybe for more money , they didn’t push it onto me or pressure me into the bigger ones. Respectable sales tactic I must say. Thanks"

"On Sunday May 5, 2013 I purchased a piece of jewelry from the International Plaza kiosk. I was ASSURED that if it was not the appropriate size I would be able to return it as long as it was unopened. It was a gift and the recipient only had to see it to tell it was not the correct size. I called several times, leaving detailed messages along with my information. I NEVER received a return call. The gift recipient returned it and was told the company policy does not allow returns. Then the salesgirl said she had trained the person who sold me the jewelry and the salesperson wouldn't have made such a statement. Customer service rule; you do not call the customer a liar, implied or otherwise! I asked to speak to her manager and she replied, "I am the manager!' I asked to speak to the regional manager, to which she replied, "I am!" It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know where this conversation went as young Ms. must "OWN" the company as well! Finally, I asked to speak with whomever, is "over" her; she said he was in the mall and proceeded to hang up on me. It isn't the monetary loss of the actual jewelry - it is the blatant and grossly obvious juvenile disrespect that Pierce N 'Tell has chosen to use as their company's representative. It is very sad and an obvious loss. As i read over the other complaints, I realize I should have done my homework first and there is a definite reason why kiosk such as this one have such a short life span in business - they do not value word of out mouth or customer loyalty!"
