"Called for item and purple haired cashier said she couldn’t check the floor of item. Went inside and the item was fully stocked. Then there’s a red hair girl hiding under register…does she even work there? I love Icing but they have got to be better."

"Unfortunately my coupon expired which I didn't know it did , the cashier and manager started questioning me even when I said; "it's ok I'll pay full price don't worry". They made me feel very uncomfortable I won't be coming back to this store.They made me feel like I was a criminal over a coupon , I couldn't wait to finish the transaction and leave to never come back."

"I got my 11 month old daughters ears pierced here. I was helped by an amazing associate named Gianna. She was patient, my daughter was NOT easy to deal with. But Gianna did not rush, and made sure to get everything done perfectly and safely. Thank you to Gianna so much. She is amazing."

"I was at the store 10/30/22. I did felted how uncomfortable the lady with the child I was playing with felted harassed. The lady who was at the cashier look at her dirty and did not liked her son was at the store. I was playing with her little son hide and seek. The baby did not touch nothing and he did dropped a phone case that his mom picked up quickly. The lady from the store who has called her self manager give a dirty look to a little angel that even my self felted uncomfortable and wanting to tell her something. I can come in to the store and you guys can check cameras I was there playing with her son and he is such a beautiful little angel and the lady just was rude and giving dirty looks since she wanted to close the store and did not wanted no one there. I left the store and found this lady outside of the mall we talked about how the cashier name: Bobby was so rude. I promised her I will come here and leave my review and HERE IT IS. I wish the girl calling her self manager no sure if she is a manager gets FIRE. She has a disgusting customer service. “she stated she has kids and they are not like that” which is completely out of place. She was disrespectful in so many levels that I am available to come in at any time and give my statement for this one to get FIRE."

"I went into this store and immediately felt uncomfortable. This lady with orange hair was looking me at me up and down with a rude look. I felt racially profiled because I was the only Hispanic male in there. I asked for assistance and she pretended not to hear me. She put her air pods in while I was ready to check out and didn’t come back to the register and had me waiting for 5 minutes. When I left I asked for her name but she didn’t give me her name but just sated she was the manger. Very disappointing."
