I was in no way shape or form asked to write this review, nor was I paid to do so. I held on knowing a new owner was taking over in January. I highly recommend coming back in and seeing what a difference a month can make. Besides the better overall environment, the new owner continues to add new products while continuing to sell the amazing oils, balsamics, gifts, etc. you’re used to."
"Rude, abrupt and zero customer service. Went to exchange unopened product received as a Christmas gift for a different flavor. They were able to look up who bought it, when (3 days prior) and what the price was. Yet refused to exchange. Said "We don't do that" with a short and nasty attitude. I just wanted another flavor of the exact same product. There are better places to buy better olive oils."
