"Unbelievable!!! Got my daughters ear pierced and BOTH earrings fell out during sleep and her holes closed up, called the store and she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do! How about offering to re-pierce them!!! Horrible customer service"

"Go to Banter in this mall instead, the girl at Banter was way much more patient. Amy was unwelcoming to me and my four year old. She seemed annoyed that she was going to have to pierce her ears. Banter has better prices and nicer people and the girl at Banter actually washed her hands before piercing her ears instead of just using hand sanitizer like they were going to do at Claire's."
