"I called ahead asking if they had prime ribeye steaks. They told me they absolutely did. When I arrived the gentleman showed me steaks that barely resembled a ribeye that were certainly not prime or choice, they were barely select. When people come out of their way and call ahead of time you should provide honest answers. Don't just tell them what they want to hear so they come in and hopefully buy whatever it is you are selling even know what you're selling is nowhere close to the quality they're looking to buy. I'm sure they may be some nice people but one star for deceitful practices."
