"I really like the curly fries, when freshly (fried correctly) cooked! That's something most other restaurants - small and large, chain restaurant or not - can't seemingly do correctly, and consistently do correctly, of my purchasing experiences, over the past dozen plus years. All the culinary technology and french fries are consistently undercooked, not cooked to a crispy texture, as they are suppose to be cooked."

"Customer service goes a long way. I want to give a shout out to Ivy for her warm smile, and very polite manners. She is the epitome of excellent customer service and deserves a raise! She took advantage of every moment to show gratitude and kindness. On top of that, this location is spacious, allowing truckers ample room to take a break and even plug in a laptop to watch a movie and check emails while eating. And speaking of eating, thos location actually made the best fish sandwich I have yet ever had at an Arby's, in addition to perfect crinkle-cut fries - not too crisp, perfect amount of salt, and fresh! My only criticism is that the dining room needed a cleaning pretty badly - several tables had scraps of good on them, and many had trash underneath, with half the tables having their chairs out and ajar. It was not busy at all, and one or two of the other employees could have been out in the dining room cleaning, as it looked like it hadn't been touched since lunch time. Again, kudos should be given to Ivy for her customer service being on point, and even exceeding expectations!"

"I work not too far away from this Arby's location, and I was hoping for a positive experience. I had dinner here twice. The service is slow, and the food was disappointing. The roast beef was a tasty sandwich. However, not served at the correct temperature and the chicken nuggets were dry and old and not very tasty. The French fries were served at room temperature and was also dry and disappointing. On my first visit, no one was behind the order counter, so I had to ask if anyone was available to take my order The manager who was sitting in the office responded by saying that she had to complete her paperwork and was not at all friendly with her response, in all fairness, did take my order in a couple of minutes. The male employee was speaking to the manager responded by telling me he was not on duty yet. The second time I went there will be my last visit to this Arby's location as the order was way below my expectations and took 15 to 20 minutes to get done and was not hot and freshly made, very disappointing! Not very fast for a fast food restaurant! What I didn't understand is that nothing was hot and the order was served at room temperature, and the chicken nuggets were old and dry, 20 minutes for that, the French fries were horrible! This Arby's needs a wake-up call! I believe the staff is not following the Arby's handbook of how they want their guests served. The bottom line is I do not recommend this Arby's unless you like old dry chicken nuggets and old dry French fries and roast beef sandwiches served just above room temperature and waiting 20 minutes to get your order. I would recommend that the health department inspector pays a visit to this location because they are holding and serving food at just above room temperature or at room temperature, either way this is a major violation of the health code. I'm done with this Arby's, to say the least."
