"They should not be able to have lottery as they never keep it stocked and always have a sorry excuse as to why. They will also make the customer stand at the register and wait on them to finish checking in a vendor. Better of spending your money somewhere else."
"I have no problem shopping in store as face masks are required n enforced. There are safety dividers between cashier's and customers. ALL employees on site had face masks and latex gloves on. All are customer friendly."
"Lady at register was nice but annoyed her long shift wasn’t over yet; don’t blame her! place was decent on cleanliness. FYI buy a bag of ice instead of getting a cup of ice here. For some reason this tomthumb doesn’t allow free cups of ice like the rest of them do. Would of been nice to know before I grabbed my husbands roofing crew cups of ice. Came to 13$ for cups of ice. Refused to buy and walked out seeing how a bag is 3$ and u can consume it I’ll be doing that next time he working in the area!"
"The Tom Thumb's in Crestview, Niceville, and Valparaiso have been purchased by a company from Europe. Apparently, they want to make a killing in the US. The prices are have increased markedly over the last few months. Those in charge of managing their pricing failed to keep up with the labels that are posted on products. It's still a good place to get gas. However, purchasing things in the store is a bit dicey and you're bound to be overcharged on just about everything you purchase."
