"We had our HVAC replaced last March. It was a great experience. Dan was professional and helpful. I recently needed assistance with the programming thermostat. I thought I messed it up. I reached out with my concern and Jeremy came out to double check the settings and that it was working properly, which it was. There was no charge which was a nice surprise.
