"I dropped off a formal gown and four men’s shirts. They were to be ready on Monday after 5. On Tuesday afternoon, I went to pick them up and only the dress and one shirt could be located. When I arrived home, I opened the dress bag and it smelled terrible. On Wednesday, I returned for the other three garments, they were located. I also took the dress in to discuss the smell. The employee called the manager/owner who said they would re-do it for free but would not be able to guarantee it would be finished in time for my event. Due to this, I requested a refund which they refused to give without attempting to clean the dress again. Really disappointed at how this problem is being handled."
