"I am going to give this a go as my wife’s review somehow got removed or has been hidden. Not sure that is possible however it is no longer showing up. Long story short we hired this company to come in and provide a deep cleaning of our house before our guests arrived that Sunday. WE had to follow up as they were originally unsure as to whether or not they would still be able accommodate that Saturday service. Upon follow up my wife received a response along the lines of “I wasn’t aware I was supposed to follow up with you” - from the owner. Come on bud you should always confirm with the client that you officially have them on the books. Not left in limbo deciding on whether or not we should call someone else. As for the service itself we paid extra to have the windows and blinds cleaned and that was clearly not done. Per the regular duties performed the basics were neither satisfactory. The floors were not mopped well, dust and debris still in corners and countertops not wiped down in full. My point is the job seemed rushed and with one cleaner to finish in less than 2 hours and 15 mins provides additional support to this theory. I completely understand that dependent upon the day and mood of the individual cleaning things could have been missed and or half completed but the resolution is where we see the issue. We had to email and then with no response try and call. Finally get a call back from one of their managers who basically didn’t know what was going on and said he would issue a refund on the windows and blinds. Even that they couldn’t right as they double charged the card on file before refunding. My intent is not to try and bash this company or cause any conflict. Its more to express dissatisfaction for a service that was performed and more importantly a review that was left by my wife and is now mysteriously not showing up."

Update : second cleaning experience equally excellent! Update #2: third visit also excellent! We had a bunch of repair people but the Klean team zipped around them and got it all done.
