"I’m infuriated because I asked for the patches on my shirt to be sewn and they glued it instead of sewing it. I also found a substance of some sort on the back pocket of my dress pants. Then there was a charge for a 4th item instead of 3. When I addressed it, they saw it was an a error. However, when I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, they tried to pass off the 4th item removal as the discount when there was never a 4th item to begin with. Even when I stated that, the owner’s wife still demanded the full payment. I paid it, but I guarantee you I won’t be back."
"Lost one of my shirt but was found the next day. I usually pay with credit card but paid cash to the owner and she short changed me. It wasn't by much but it goes to show you how cheap and petty business owners can be."
"I don’t know what happened to their service over the years, but their service is horrible NOW. I dropped off clothes Saturday and received them Tuesday which is fine however when I inspected my clothes in front of the owner I was not pleased with the results of my clothes. The way my shirts looked they looked like a child ironed them, also I had a ink stain in my shirt which should’ve been had it been dry cleaned properly. This cleaners has lost a long time customer."
